Welcome! To access USGA Golf Course Solutions you will need an account that will serve to log you into tools, purchase services, and sign up for newsletters.
Select your organization. If your organization is not in the list, or you do not belong to a company select Guest.
2. Enter Your Email Address
On the signup page, you’ll see a field labeled “Email”
Enter your email address that you want to associate with your USGA Green Section account.
Make sure the email address is valid and accessible, as it will be used for account verification and communications.
3. Create a Password
Below the email field, you’ll see a field labeled “Password”
Enter a secure password that you’ll use to log in to your account.
Your password should meet the following criteria:
At least 8 characters long.
Include at least one uppercase letter.
Include at least one lowercase letter.
Include at least one number.
Include at least one special character (e.g., !@#$%).
4. Agree to the Terms of Service
Scroll down to the “Terms of Service” section.
Read through the terms and conditions carefully.
If you agree to the terms, click on the checkbox to confirm your acceptance.
5. Sign Up
Once you have filled in all the required fields and agreed to the terms of service, click the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the form.
6. Verify Your Email Address
After clicking the “Sign Up” button, you’ll receive a verification email at the email address you provided.
Open your email inbox and look for an email from the USGA Green Section.
Click on the verification link in the email to confirm your email address and activate your account.
7. Log In to Your New Account
Once your email is verified, return to the Deacon Sign-In page
Enter your email address and the password you created, then click “Sign In ” to access your new USGA Green Section account.

Didn’t Receive the Verification Email?
Check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still don’t see it, try resending the verification email from the signup page.
Password Issues?
If you encounter issues with password creation, make sure your password meets all the required criteria listed above.

Account Activation
Once your account has been created there is no further steps required to complete account activation. Your account can be used to sign into any of our platforms.
If you are purchasing access to the USGA Deacon then your account will be assigned to an organization and receive the appropriate permissions. During this process one of our customer success associates will be in touch with you for on-boarding.
