Championships: Can't Set Reference Dots
The most common issue in not being able to set reference dot's on a championship surface is data corruption. If you select the surface and do not see blue reference dots but can't set them, check the side bar. If you see latitude and longitude points as shown below then click the trash can icon. This will reset that particular hole and let you set your dots. If this still does not fix your issue please contact our support.
Clipping Volume: Whats Units Do I Use?
Users can select which units to collect clipping volumes under settings and course setup. Your options are in Volumetric Ounces or Liters. At the time of data collection a user can switch units depending on the bucket they have at that time. The dashboard will do the conversion and report based on the settings selected here.
Sensors: I cant find my sensor in the list
