USGA GS3 Limited Warranty


What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your GS3 Ball, Charger, or Drop Fixture under normal use conditions.

How Long Does This Warranty Last? This warranty lasts for 3 years from the date of original purchase from USGA as long as you maintain your subscription to the DEACON software platform. Coverage is terminated if you sell your device or have a lapse in your subscription.

What Will USGA Do? USGA will replace any defective or malfunctioning part(s) at no charge.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This warranty does not provide labor. Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, submerged in water, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damage are recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get a Replacement Part? To be eligible to receive a replacement part under this warranty, you MUST fill out a form on the Help Center and return the product to:

USGA is not responsible for any lost or damaged parts during shipping. USGA will inspect your part(s) and contact you within 5 business days to give the results of our inspection. If you are eligible for warranty replacement, we will notify you and send replacement part(s) back at no cost.

How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Is there An Implied Warranty?  If your local law gives you any implied warranty, including an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, its duration is the same as this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
